Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and scope

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms apply to all users, paid and free.

2. The service

LadyinTechverse provides an AI-powered SEO auditing and fix-pack generation tool (“the Service”) accessible at seoagent.ladyintechverse.com.

The Service:

• Crawls public web pages you submit
• Generates SEO audit scores, signals and recommendations using AI
• Produces fix-pack reports (paid tiers only)

The Service does not guarantee specific or biased search-engine rankings, AI-search visibility outcomes, or commercial results. Audit outputs are informational and should not be relied on as legal advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be 16 years old or older to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

4. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must provide accurate account information.
• You must not share your account with others.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account: LadyinTechverse contact form.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the Service to scrape, audit or analyse sites at a scale beyond the rate limits we publish
• Submit URLs containing tokens, passwords or personal data in query strings (we cannot redact them before AI processing)
• Audit websites you do not own or have permission to audit, where doing so would breach the target site’s terms
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code or AI prompts from the Service
• Use the Service to infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, send spam or violate any law
• Bypass rate limits, authentication or payment controls
• Resell the Service or its output as your own product without written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

6. Free tier limits

• 3 audits per month, per IP address
• No fix-pack downloads
• We enforce the limit using a SHA-256 hash of your IP. We do not store the raw IP. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Paid tiers and payment

Payments are processed by Gumroad. Their terms and refund policy apply alongside ours: gumroad.com.

We receive only your email address and license key from Gumroad. We do not receive or store your card details.

8. Refunds

We honour a 14-day full refund on Pro Monthly and Pro Annual tiers, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regardless of where you live.

To request a refund within 14 days of purchase, contact LadyinTechverse contact form with your Gumroad licence key.

After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

9. User content

You retain ownership of:

• The URLs you submit
• Any text, instructions or notes you add to your account

By submitting content, you grant LadyinTechverse a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process that content solely to deliver the Service to you. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

You confirm that you have the right to submit any URL or content you place into the Service.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including the audit engine, visibility engine, scoring methodology, AVI Score (AI Visibility Index) weights, fix-pack templates, prompts and visual design, is the intellectual property of LadyinTechverse. No part of these Terms grants you any license to reuse, copy or republish that intellectual property beyond your use of the Service as a customer.

Audit outputs generated for your account may be used by you for your own commercial purposes without further attribution required, subject to section 5 (Acceptable use).

11. AI outputs

The Service uses AI providers (Google Gemini, Mistral) to generate audits and recommendations. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions or hallucinations. You must review AI outputs before acting on them.

LadyinTechverse is not liable for decisions you make based on AI outputs.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI outputs will be accurate or complete
• Audit results will improve or worsen your search rankings or AI-search visibility

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by negligence).

The Singapore Unfair Contract Terms Act applies to the interpretation of this clause.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold LadyinTechverse harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Service
• URLs or content you submit that infringe a third party’s rights or breach any law

This indemnity does not apply where the claim arises from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

15. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. On deletion, your audit data is hard-deleted immediately. Account deletion does not entitle you to a pro-rata refund except as set out in section 8.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that exposes us or other users to legal or operational risk. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore, which have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents you from bringing a claim in your home jurisdiction where required by mandatory consumer-protection law.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes (price, refund policy, scope of service) will be updated here. Paying users (Pro Monthly and Pro Annual) will be notified by email of new feature releases and material updates that affect their plan. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
